Anybody who has seen popular film Karz would remember actor Raj Kiran. The handsome hunk of an actor who rose to fame in the 70s- 80s had a rather short-lived stardom. After starring in a stream of popular Bollywood films, Raj Kiran suddenly went missing. And this was followed by reports of him being dead.

However, Raj’s family which is not on good terms with the former actor asked her to ‘Lie Low’. They did not like Deepti’s interest in his whereabouts and asked her to back off.

Deepti revealed to Spotboye.com, “Yes, I was told by Rishi that Raj's family didn't want us to help in any way." She added, “What else could we do except take a step back?"She added,"We still don't know where is Raj today.  We had heard that he is in an asylum, later we heard that he drives a taxi. It's quite bizarre, but that's the way it is."
